Knees Hurt During Pregnancy

Photos and lot of The Phantom Chess

first surprise occurred on the first chessboard, where Frode Bull Jaeger (2100), with knowledge grandmaster, he played against Bartosz Socca. Jaeger could gain a huge advantage on several occasions, but did not find the appropriate measures and GM Soćko happily drew after 27 moves.

Soćko Bart tried to get an opponent in a modern variant of acute Benoni'ego. He did not know that the game from a guy who is widely known in Norway for their theoretical knowledge of chess debuts and quite often this phase of the game at a high level. Two years ago, Jaeger Bull drew with GM Brodsky (2595).

15.b4!

Thematic approach to this structure. If you kill a black and white play SA2 and reflect on the good game b4. The aim is to move to gain access dopola d4 for white knight.

SD7 15th ..!

May 15 ... c4 was better, though White achieved his goal - the field d4.

16.Gg5!

strong theoretical novelty found on board by the Bull Jaeger, which undermines the game blacks. 16.Hc2 c4 f5 18.Gb2 17.Gf1 SB6! Black gave a better game in a lot Dussol-Derieux, Montpellier, 1991, 0-1 in 34 moves.

16th .. He8

17.e5!

White must play a sharp move to get the upper hand. This win also forced the exchange, so Black must play on the greatest compensation.

18.bxc5 17th .. dxe5 18.d6

!? SE6 19.Ge7 wins a rally, but the choice of whites in the party can not be criticized.

18th .. Sxc5 19.d6! S7e6 20.Gxb5

20.Ge7 Sxd3 21.Hxd3 SF4 22.Hd2 b4! is good for buałych, but a move in the party looks even better.

Wxb5 20th .. 20th ..

Gd7 21.Gxd7 Hxd7 22.Ge7 Wfe8! 23.Sxe5 black position collapses.

21.Sxb5 e4?

Better was the 21st .. Sxg5 22.Sxg5 GF5 and blacks have in this game because of some compensation on a pair of strong runners.

22.Sc7!

natural and powerful. Black now have big problems.

22nd .. Qc6

23.Sxe6?

Jaeger played it pretty quickly. So far, playing like a grandmaster of the ranking of 2800, but, unfortunately, did not finish like that. Was much stronger: 23.Sd5!, With the threat of 24.Se7 +. Fish now provides option: 23 .. Ha8 24.Ge7 exf3 25.Gxf8 Gxf8 26.Se7 + Kg7 27.Wc1! with a clearly winning position for White. Black has too many threats to the rescue here. Incidentally, 23.Ge7!? was also interesting and better than the continuation of the party.

23rd Sxe6 ..?

23rd Gxe6 ..! is probably stronger.

24.Wc1! Hb7 25.Wb1!?

It does not reflect anything, it gives only a repetition of moves.

25th .. Qc6 26.Wc1 Hb7 27.Wb1

But now White should try to win: 27.Ge7! exf3 28.G xf8 Gxf8 29.Hxf3 Hxf3 30.gxf3 Gd7 31.Wed1 Gg7 32.Wb1, which gives a white item, which do not risk too much, and where the black still have to thoroughly defend. Fish analysis shows that it is difficult to use a white pawn d and if not, it's a tie.

27th .. Qc6

And the players agreed to a draw by repetition. 1/2-1/2

Nakamura is to well. It leaves a lasting mark on European and world chess champion, and soon the great grandmasters will study the political parties.

recently took part in the tournament Donostia Chess Festival in Spain. The tournament was the eighteenth category with an average ranking of the 2682nd Maybe not at the level of Grand Slam tournaments, but certainly strong. Hikaru Nakamura came straight from the Word Open tournament in the first round encounter with Anatoly Karpov . Party that won, then drew with Peter Swidlerem , repeated champion of Russia, and scored three consecutive victories against the French and English arcymistrzom. Then he drew three batches, saving almost certain defeat at the end of the tower + pawn against Julio Zuniga of Peru Granada in the seventh round. Granada played until the board has only been kings. Ukrainian Ruslan Ponomariov trampled on the heels of Nakamura and overtook him in the last round. Both were playing for first place playoff, which he won 2-0 Nakamura.

sad it was that Karpov, one of the greatest players in history at this tournament played poorly. Age (58) - or to the lack of preparation - is even the strongest influence of former world champions. Scored only 1.5 points turieju and have not won any party. Karpov and Garry Kasparov will play a demonstration match in Valencia, Spain, 21-24 September, 2009, consisting of 12 lots (4 and 8, quick batch Blitz), in conjunction with the 25th anniversary of their game from 1984 to 1985 - the most comprehensive game at a high level in history. Kasparov Karpov survived in three games and was so confident that they never reserved the right to a rematch, you repented after losing a match against Vladimir Kramnik . If

As for Kramnik , is the ninth time in Dortmund triumphed, beating Magnus Carlsen in determining the party. Last year he lost the world title against Anand Viswanathanowi side and waits for another chance to fight for the title. And in the meantime we look forward to another match for the world championship, which will be held between Veselin Topalov and Anand. News about this game is incomplete and disappointing. It is known that FIDE has announced that the match will be postponed to early next year.
